/&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;bahan2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 batang serai @ lemon grass&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2cm lengkuas @ galangal&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 sudu makan serbuk kunyit @ tumeric powder&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 sudu makan honey&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 sudu makan serbuk gula merah&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 sudu makan ginger paste ( 1inci halia hidup)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1st garlic paste ( 2 ulas bawang putih)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 st garam&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 labu bawang besar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/2 cawan minyak masak&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;bahan2 ni utk 2kg ayam jenama sadia yg boneless tu. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;bahan2 boleh diubah mengikut sesuai rasa masing2.. yang penting tu ingredient.. mesti ada galangal, lemon grass, tumeric, salt, sugar, ginger, garlic, onion... &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;cara2..&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;1) potong2 serai kepada bahagian yg kecil sedikit.. 1 cm 1cm 1cm, begitu juga lengkuas, bawang, dan halia. blend semua skali dengan minyak, kalo tak cukup bahan cecair lg.. tambah la air sedikit. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2) satukan bahan blend td dgn bahan2 lain, madu, gula, garam dll yg masih tak di campur. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3) cuci dan potong ayam kepada kiub kecil2. kulit ayam di asingkan, terpulang ler nk goreng ker apa ker. campurkan bahan perap satay td kepada ayam. perap semalaman di dlm peti sejuk. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4) esoknyer boleh la cucuk satay pada batang satay dan bakar.. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;resepi ini bukanlah yg terbaik.. just panduan bahan apa nk gune jer;)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;bahan2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500gm kepak ayam&lt;br /&gt;150gm bijan sangai&lt;br /&gt;100gm madu&lt;br /&gt;100gm halia di tumbuk (me guna ginger paste)&lt;br /&gt;20gm kicap pekat&lt;br /&gt;30gm serbuk lada putih&lt;br /&gt;30gm stok ayam (saya guna separuh kiub pati ayam)&lt;br /&gt;minyak utk menggoreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;cara menyediakan&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) perap kepak ayam bersama halia kicap pekat, serbuk lada putih, serbuk stok ayam dan madu, selama 1 jam&lt;br /&gt;2) panaskan minyak dan goreng sehingga nampak beras basmathi (beras jasmin pon ok)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;herba (1 sudu makan dill, 1 st ketumbar, 1/2 st halba, 1 st parsley chop kering)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 sudu makan margerine&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 st garam (atau ikut tekak masing)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 st serbuk lada hitam&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;bahan2 ini bukan dari resepi sebenar&lt;/strong&gt; (ngehehehehehe)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;keropok ganu yang dh goreng beberapa keping&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;brokoli rebus dlm 200 gram&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;cara2 memasaknya&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1) masak nasi seperti biasa, agak2 air dah kering... masukkan marjerin, dan semua bahan2 yg lain kecuali keropok goreng, gaul sebati. dan sambung masak semula sehingga selesai. bila dh masak pecah2kan keropok ganu dan gaul sebati dgn nasi. nasi ni sesuai dihidang dgn ikan bakar. atau apa2 &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 1/2 cwn gula castor &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/2 cwn susu cair &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 1/2 cwn tepung gandum *Ayak dgn BP &amp;amp; SB &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 tsp baking powder &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 tsp soda bikarbonate &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 tsp esen vanilla &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara-cara:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. Cairkan butter. Masukkan serbuk koko dan kacau rata. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Handwhisk gula dan telur. Masukkan ke dalam adunan butter+koko. Kacau sebati. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Masukkan susu cair dan kacau sebati. 4. Masukkan tepung+BP+SB sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikacau hingga sebati. Akhir sekali, masukkan esen vanilla dan kacau rata. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. Panaskan oven pada suhu 175 darj cel. Alas loyang 10" x 10" dgn grease proof paper. Biar kertas berjuntai pada dua belah yang bertentangan supaya mudah mengeluarkan brownies. 6. Tuang adunan brownies ke dalam loyang dan ratakan. Tinggalkan sedikit untuk membuat marble di atas lapisan cheese nanti. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;7. Bakar selama 20min menggunakan api atas dan bawah. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan-bahan lapisan cheese:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;250g cream cheese &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 cwn gula castor &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 biji telur gred B &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara-cara:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. Pukul cream cheese hingga gebu. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Masukkan gula dan pukul lagi hingga sebati. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Masukkan telur dan pukul lagi hingga sebati. *Selepas 20min keluarkan brownies dari oven. Tuangkan adunan cheese dan ratakan. Paipkan baki adunan brownies ke atas lapisan cheese dan lorekkan corak ikut citarasa. Masukkan semula ke dlm oven dan bakar lagi selama 15min atau sehingga cheese masak. che' dok main coklat green tea, terfikir jugak, ish budak2 ni dok main pulak coklat tu, baik buat mousse,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kisahnyer masa promosi valentine hari tu, keluarlah coklat pelik2 di pasaran sekitar saijo ni(sekitar jepun jugak kot). so saya pun apa lg... ikut sama naik dgn dorang, macam2 coklat beli, termasuklah coklat perisa green tea/matcha ni. tp masa tu tak plan lg nk buat apa. so simpan saja dlm stok. kebetulan stok kek adalah dlm almari yg boleh di bukak oleh anak2 ku.. waduh... abis jadi mainan diorang. mintak bukak itu mintak bukak ini, last2 tak makan pon... coklat mactha ni mungkin tak berapa sedap bagi tekak diorang, so sebelum coklat tu spoil.. baik jadi kek. kebetulan ada stok telur putih 3 biji dalam peti. saya rendam telur tu dalam air suam supaya dia capai suhu bilik sebelum di guna nanti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kebetulan che' mmg suka sungguh apa2 saja benda yg ada green tea ni. guna resepi mat gebu jugak, tp di olah jadi utk kek&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;45gm marjerin&lt;br /&gt;65gm gula&lt;br /&gt;1 biji telur gred A&lt;br /&gt;1 st esen vanila&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sudu teh green tea powder*&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sudu teh baking powder*&lt;br /&gt;50gm tepung gandum(*diayak bersama)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;cara2 buat kek&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. pukul marjerin dan gula hingga kembang, masukkan telur dan esen vanila, putar lagi.&lt;br /&gt;2. masukkan bahan ayak dan gaul hingga sebati&lt;br /&gt;3. griskan loyang, letakkan adunan dan&lt;br /&gt;&gt;bakar menggunakan oven pada suhu 170c selama 12 minit atau hingga masak mengikut oven masing2.&lt;br /&gt;4. sambil tu... boleh la buat mousse nya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;bahan2 mouse&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;140g coklat masakan perisa green tea&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 camca besar gelatin halal&lt;br /&gt;100ml air&lt;br /&gt;2 putih telur (saya guna 3 biji telur putih utk yg ini, sebab dah tercampur 3 biji telur dlm 1 bekas) tp hasil masih ok&lt;br /&gt;200 gram whipping cream&lt;br /&gt;40gm gula kastor&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;cara2 membuat mousse&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) masukkan gelatin ke dalam air, biarkan.&lt;br /&gt;2) cairkan coklat masakan dengan menggunakan kaedah double boil. iaitu dengan meletak coklat di dalam periuk kecil yang berada di dalam periuk besar berisi air.&lt;br /&gt;3) bila coklat dah cair sepenuhnya, masukkan campuran gelatin dan air tadi, kacau sebati.&lt;br /&gt;4) di dalam bekas lain, putar putih telur hingga berbuih dan ringan, masukkan gula. putar lagi.&lt;br /&gt;5) di dalam bekas lain, putar whipping cream hingga agak pekat( tidak lah perlu putar macam nk sapu kt kek tu, ala kadar saja, hingga nampak agak pekat sudah memadai)&lt;br /&gt;6) satukan semua bahan2 tadi dalam 1 bekas. gaul sebati. saya prefer guna hand mixer utk menggaul. cepat skit;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;setelah mousse siap, dan kek selesai, tuang mousse ke atas kek yang dah siap bakar tadi. biarkan seketika hingga mousse capai suhu bilik, dan masukkan ke dalam peti untuk 2 jam dan lebih. atau hingga keras. saya prefer waktu yg lebih panjang supaya mousse betul2 keras. bila dah keras, terkenang betul pizza hut malaysia yg dulunya hampir tiap2 bulan mesti pegi utk 1 kali.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;tp sebab dh kt sini kan... asyik2 makan pizza sieziriya.. sampai sekarang ni kalo pegi sieziriya pun dah tanak order pizza.. boring. baik buat sendiri... boleh pelbagaikan toppingnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;biasanya kami beli siap pizza crust.. tp sebab bahan2 semua dh ada kan.. expecially minyak zaiton. so i use to make my own pizza crust&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a pizza)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;bahan2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 cawan tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;2 cawan tepung roti&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cawan lagi tepung gandum prepare utk uli (in case lembut)&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 sudu yis segera&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cawan minyak zaiton (minyak masak pun ok kot)&lt;br /&gt;200ml air sejuk&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu kecil garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;cara2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) satukan air sejuk dan yis, biarkan sampai dia berbuih&lt;br /&gt;2) sambil tu satukan tepung gandum tepung roti dan garam... kacau2 guna whisker(pemukul telur) lepas itu masukkan minyak zaitu.. kacau2 lagi..&lt;br /&gt;3) masukkan air yg ada yis tadi ke dalam tepung, dan mula menguli. uli hingga lembut dan tidak melekat di tangan.. jika melekat tambah lah tepung yg extra tadi sedikit demi sedikit hingga tidak melekat. bila doh dah licin dan nampak cantik...boleh la tinggalkan doh seketika utk 30 minit. seeloknya tutup dgn kain basah.&lt;br /&gt;4) utk kes kami di sini.. sekarang masih sejuk... saya letak doh dlm oven dan set suhu 40digree.&lt;br /&gt;5) selepas 30minit. canai doh di atas papan pencanai... tabur sedikit tepung supaya tidak melekat. buat bentuk pie (bulat) dan letak di dalam tin pembakar pizza. sebelum letak.. tabur skit tepung di atas tin supaya tidak melekat.&lt;br /&gt;6) jika nk buat crust yg ada cheese d dlmnya... lebihkan sedikit doh dari tin, letak cheese di tepi2 dah lipat tepi2 ke dalam(balut cheese tadi).&lt;br /&gt;7) jika nk buat simpanan atau stok (utk sejuk beku.. atau freeze biasa) bakar pizza 170degree selama 10 minit. dan dah sejuk bolehla wrapping dah simpan di peti sejuk sehingga tiba waktu nk guna.&lt;br /&gt;8) utk nk makan terus... lepas dah canai dan letak atas tin pembakar pizza.. cucuk2 dengan garfu supaya dia tidak menggelembung masa bakar nanti. lepastu boleh la letak topping di atasnya. dah bakar pada suhu 180 sehingga 15 minit atau sehingga masak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;topping pizza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;terdapat byk kombinasi yg best utk pizza.. tp saya pernah terbaca 1 artikel.. topping pizza seeloknya tidak terlalu byk bahannya, biasanya guna 3 hingga 4 bahan sahaja utk 1 1 jenis pizza termasuk cheese dan sos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;contoh 3 hingga 4 bahan tu.. 1) sos tomato 2) mozzarela cheese 3) frankfurters a.k.a sosej 4) slice mushroom&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;hari ni kombinasi yg saya pilih =&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;combination ikan goreng semalam yg tak abis tu ok gak)&lt;br /&gt;fillet kelam di potong2 atau di carik carik&lt;br /&gt;2 batang daun ketumbar dihiris kecil2&lt;br /&gt;oregano&lt;br /&gt;(ops dh lebih 4...hehe)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;selepas doh crust pizza atau pizza base dah siap... 1st step.. sapukan sos di permukaannya, susun bahan pizza .. cendawan dan sosej. jarak2, jgn bersentuh diantara 1 sama lain. lepas tu taburkan oregano dan taburkan cheese. sedia utk di bakar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;rasanya sesiapa yg guna convection oven... mesti dah ada function bakar /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;cara-cara membuatnya&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;1) untuk membuat pai.. campurkan kesemua bahan dan uli hingga menjadi doh. canai di atas papan pencanai hingga tebal lebih kurang 4mm. perlahan lahan letak di atas bekas pai. tekan2 dengan garfu bagi memecahkan gelembung udara. bakar pada suhu 210 selama 13minit. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2) sementara itu, utk membuat filling nya... campurkan air, tepung jagung dan gula, masak di atas api perlahan sambil kacau, apabila nampak agak likat, masukkan jus lemon, parutan kulit lemon, telur kuning dan butter. kacau secepat mungkin . dah sebati.. boleh la tutup api.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3) biarkan sejuk seketika.. utk membuat meringue.. campurkan semua bahan meringue.. putar menggunakan mixer sehingga putih dan ringan.. ada tanduk jika di angkat pemutar tu. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4) then... apabila pie dah siap.. keluarkan dari oven.. letakkan filling, dan tutup dengan biji telur saiz L&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 bungkus biskut marrie.. 350gm&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;cara2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1) satukan milo, nestum dan susu pekat manis, tuangkan air suam kacau rata.. dalam bekas lain pukul sedikit telur. lepas tu satukan telur dgn milo td.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2) masak di atas api yg perlahan, bila dah mula panas, masukkan butter.. eloknyer butter tu di potong saiz kecil skit dulu.. supaya dia cepat cair. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3) bila butter dah cair.. teruskan kacau dan tunggu sehingga adunan tu agak pekat.. sampai dia nampak cam berkilat dan meletup letup gelembung udara. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4) lepas tu masukkan biskut marrie yg dah di bahagi 2. gaul rata&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5) masukkan dlm bekas atau loyang, tekan2 dan padatkan dengan tangan yg dah bungkus plastik(supaya tak panas). dan simpan tempat sejuk.. simpan lebih dari 2 jam supaya dapat hasil yg lawa bila di /&gt;sebelum ni my mom asyik kirimkan perencah nasi pelik2 ni.. tup tup bebaruni perencah abis, dh takde idea nk masak nasi apa.. balik2 beriani.. so cuba plak masak nasi bukhari ni..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;resepi ni ambik dari majalah rasa ... 2008.. eh... tp tak ingat la bulan berapa punya.. dan saya dh ubah skit sebab banyak bahan takde dlm stok. btw... resepinyer senang aje.. utk 1 periuk nasi dgn 7 pot beras basmathi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;angkat periuk nasi yg tin tu keluar dan buat keje kt atas dapur gas.. . letak atas api yg sederhana... takut hitam pulak periuk nasi comel kita tu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;bahan2&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;1/2 labu bawang besar dicincang halus2 (sebab kt sini takde bawang kecik)&lt;br /&gt;7 biji cengkih&lt;br /&gt;4 batang kayu manis&lt;br /&gt;7 biji buah pelaga&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so bahan2 ni semua nya di goreng dengan minyak sapi sebanyak 200gm (atau minyak masak biasa) selepas dah nampak garing.. masukkan pula&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 tin susu cair (kalo kt saijo ni yg tin kecik jenama milkmaid tu)&lt;br /&gt;4 sudu besar sos tiram&lt;br /&gt;3 batang serai yg dah di lebam2kan(dititik)&lt;br /&gt;2 helai daun pandan di simpul kemas&lt;br /&gt;150gm tomato puree atau dice tomato... Pilih untuk buat doh. On kan.&lt;br /&gt;Bila dah siap, keluarkan dr breadmaker. Tumbuk-tumbuk utk keluarkan angin. Bahagikan kepada 6. Buat bentuk bulat. Rehatkan selama 10 minit.&lt;br /&gt;Ambik sebiji roti. Tekan-tekan untuk keluarkan angin. Buat semula bentuk bulat. Ulang sampai habis. Biarkan roti naik 2 kali ganda.&lt;br /&gt;Sapu/semburkan permukaan roti dengan air. Kemudian taburkan bijan.
